Supports Allianz SE Board Member and H9 Business Division Head in successfully discharging their responsibilities in the Group on topics related to IT, Ops and Transformation. Guides and monitors OE Strategy, implementation and performance. Provides strategic input as well as sound and continuous Business steering and monitoring of OEs IT, Ops and Transformation performance.

Realize global and local Operations and IT strategy, and define Operations/IT transformation roadmaps for assigned Allianz Operating Entities (CEE, UK, Greece). Monitor and Ensure implementation of these roadmaps by applying and orchestrating the various steering tools of Group Operations and Allianz SE. Identify existing or potential issues, analyse their root causes and impact on project budget, timeline and scope. Recommend and steer for appropriate measures to keep projects on track.

Manage, execute and finalize core insurance system transformation for P&C, Health and Life insurance line of business at Allianz Hellas - Greece, Athens. Manage, maintain and monitor implementation schedule, Monitor project progress and report status to Allianz SE Board. Communicate, escalate and manage issues, risks and performance of the local project team. Manage effective working relationships between onshore and offshore project team and Customer IT and Business representatives.

Perform architectural assessment to avoid redundancy and inconsistency of functional enhancements. Drives the harmonized implementation of the strategic platforms of Allianz and guarantees high level re-usability and standardization. Perform and document the functional configuration of the strategic platforms, as well as to describe in detail how the customization is to be done.

Analyze, design and implement best practice solutions for finance business process. Provide document configuration in the form of predefined templates (Functional Design Documents). Manage progress and configuration. Ensure mapping and GAP analysis was done. Prepare test scripts for testing the configured scenarios. Cooperate with other unit consultants. Provide classroom training and training materials.

Manage, execute and finalize system delivery of PeopleSoft Financials version 9.1 in ING Insurance Poland (Modules in scope: GL, AP, AR, BI, AM, PO, CM, TE). Deliver all project documentation including Project Charter and specifications, project planning, budget and risk mitigation strategy. Manage, maintain and monitor implementation schedule, Monitor project progress and report status to Program Management and Local Implementation Board.

Plan, Execute and finalize implementation of Tied Agents Commission Payroll process. Design structure of functional support for applications involved. Deliver all project documentation including Project Charter and specifications, project planning, budget and risk mitigation strategy. Monitor project progress and handover activities.
