Support & Quality Management. As supporter I work on customer problems, travel to national and international customers to help developing processes for their catalog production with comosoft's software, troubleshoot problems and train users. In my QM position, I plan tests, create and extend test cases and test the software. Communicate with the developers. Additional areas I am in charge of: Web developer and administrator for internal web systems. Doing demos and workshops at conventions
