In the position of the ERP & CRM Specialist in the IT department I am responsible for business applications replacements such as general ledger, accounts receivable, human resource and shop floor control with Dynamics Axapta 2009 in offices located worldwide. Responsible too for overall project management, negotiations with vendors and in-house consulting. Automic was formerly known as UC4 Software.

I was responsibility for the project budget, disposition of internal resources, leading project teams, supporting sales in the presales and post sales process. Plan and implement solutions for wholesale, service and industries such as engine builders and manufacturers. I also managed international projects for Austrian companies with US and Slovakian subsidiaries.

I planned and developed customized changes in complex SAP system.

Austria Card is a manufacturer of plastic cards. I supported departments and developed new solutions for their needs. I also was responsible for the server farm for business applications and maintenance duty.

Implementation of an ERP System, consulting and support for an international engine builder in Steyr, Upper Austria.

Andersen Management was the service attendance company for Pierre Lang Jewelry direct marketing. In the position of the project manager I was responsible for the warehouse and disposition software. I dealt with vendors of the picking system and designed the interfaces between the systems.

Develop custom software for industry, wholesale and retail. Collaboration with Integral Datentechnik Kaiserslautern (Germany) to implement their Indios ERP System for Austrian customers.

Responsible for all daily tasks involved in keeping the system up and running. Executed the replacement of HP3000 with HP9000 and NCR systems. Managed the data transmissions between the headquarters and the branches.
