Moved family to Denmark to bring them closer to Danish culture and family and explore the possibility of staying longer term in Denmark. Reasons for moving back to China: • Was offered an interesting position with EGO where it would be possible to make use of extensive China experience, and the family preferred to return to Shanghai.

• Reporting directly to Managing Director Greater China and group CFO. Managing daily operations as deputy general manager in Greater China • Attending Board of Directors meetings for China and APAC operation and strategy • Overseeing 5 entities in Greater China including China, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Mongolia. USD 35+ million turnover, 89 staff • Lead, evaluate and develop the accounting, HR, admin, IT and logistic departments • Participate in establishment of production facility

• Reporting directly to Administrative Director China and group CFO • Attending Board of Directors meetings for China operation and strategy • Overseeing 5 entities in China including wholly foreign owned enterprise, joint venture and holding company in Hong Kong with production, projects, sales, customer service and shared services, altogether 700 employees • Link between HQ finance and China entities. • Advising HQ on Asia projects including, China, Hong Kong, Korea and Singapore

• Acting Deputy Regional Manager Yangtze River Delta, 3 offices, 35 staff • Managing Corporate Accounting Services Yangtze River Delta, 3 offices, 27 staff • Handling legal setup, business structure, accounting, tax, legal and financial review and due diligence for international companies in China • Advising international companies on Asia projects including China, Hong Kong, India and Vietnam • Heading sales of consultancy and services for new and repeat clients

Responsible for assisting Danish companies with research and consultancy when establishing presence and operating in China
