In addition to my activities as an assistant, I became responsible for crucial updates and reports, for instance, our costs and prices spreadsheet. Furthermore, I am constantly improving the strategies and analytical planning of our sales incentive campaigns, as well as working on the extension of our annual Internal Communications schedule.

Responsible for the entire production process of both corporate and commercial events, from the strategic plan until the execution and the results report, and also sales incentive campaigns. My tasks would demand a business strategic approach, continuous contact with our supply chain acting in negotiations and daily relationship practices, as well as with our sales representatives, our main target audience. I also became the leader of the Internal Communications, being responsible for it's entire process.

Acting in partnership with SulAmérica's commercial team, I was responsible for the offline media and communication materials for branches and brokerages, besides giving support in some of our leading sales incentive campaigns, such as the Broker Recognition Programm (known as "PRA Corretor”), and also in the communication material of major events. Alongside advertising agencies, I also have worked on online campaigns in social media, Google Display Network, YouTube, and mailing.

I have been responsible for the maintenance of all SulAmérica's web pages and mailing, also offering support on digital projects, like the creation of new websites and landing pages. Beyond that, I led the planning of our social media posts and the performance reports of ad campaigns and web pages, using tools such as Analytics, App Annie and Data Studio.
