- Achieving competitive advantage through optimization of the store area usage; - Store plans preparation; - Equipment purchasing; - Organization of store equipping and store rearrangements; - Assortment proposal and layout preparation; - Planning, coordinating and supervising the rollout of the planed shelves rearranging; - Conducting ongoing analysis of the sales;

- Audit of various departments and the established procedures in them; - Frequent store visits and checks; - Assessment the effectiveness of usage the company’s resources ; - Preparation of audit reports with audit observations, potential impact and recommendations; - Controlling of results for compliance with company’s goals and policy; - Monitoring the fulfillment of the responsibilities related to the risk management database;

- Purchasing of investment goods for the Head Quarters and the stores; - Building and maintaining long-term suppliers relationships and keeping an eye on all of the supply chain; - Preparing of investment and department budget; - Planning, coordinating and supervising the work activities by implementing of new processes; - Planning, coordinating and supervising the inventory processes in the stores; - Project manager of the store openings (5 Stores);

- Purchasing of investment goods for the Head Quarters and the stores; - Planning, coordinating and supervising the inventory processes in the stores; - Participating in the opening process of the stores; - Developing and implementing new working procedures and forms, ongoing actualization as well as ensuring that these are in line with legal requirements; - General administrative tasks in the Head Quarters.
