Executive Vice President Finance & IT and Group CFO of SF Studios, a leading Nordic film and TV studio that produced some of cinema’s most iconic films. SF Studios is owned by Bonnier Group. SF Studios operates in the Nordics and has international film productions in US and UK. The business include production of feature films and TV series, distribution to cinemas, international streaming services, home entertainment and an inhouse digital streaming service.

I reported to the Chairman of Novamedia Sverige AB with operations of digital lotteries and online gaming with brands Swedish Postcode Lottery and Norwegian Postcode lottery. My areas of responsibility: IT, Finance, HR, Risk Management, Legal, Lottery office, Cooperation Swedish Gambling authorities, Sustainability, Office, CSR and Charity teams. I was responsible for a strategic information security project and get an ISO 27001 certification for the lottery business in 2019-2020.

Areas of responsibilities include Finance, HR, Legal, Office, Risk Management, Business Intelligence and Charity & CSR. I started as CFO and was promoted to Deputy Managing Director in November 2014.

As Group CFO of this B2B technical service company, owned by the PE company Triton, I was directly responsible for Group HQ teams covering Finance & Accounting, Business and Financial controlling, IT and Legal. I had dotted line reporting from the local CFOs in the subsidiaries based in Europe and and US.

As the Group CFO of this Scandinavian telecom operator I was responsible for Finance & Accounting, Business Controlling, Treasury, Group reporting, Revenue assurance and Risk management in the Nordics. Total revenues at the time of EUR 1,2 bn. 3Scandinavia is owned by Hutchison Whampoa and Investor.

I was responsible for rating analyses of covered bonds and structured finance deals in the Nordics, Continental Europe, UK and Ireland. I reported to the MD of Structured Finance EMEA. My focus was funding of real estate incl residential and commercial housing as well as single family houses used as collateral for those financing deals. I presented S&P rating analyzes to institutional investors, central banks, issuing banks as well as the financial authorities in the Nordics, Ireland and the Netherlands.

I was responsible for rating analyses of covered bonds and structured finance deals in the Nordics, Continental Europe, UK and Ireland. I reported to the MD of Structured Finance EMEA. Coopers & Lybrand Consulting was at the time part of an international network of audit and financial consulting, ie nowadays PWC. I reported to the Head of the Financial Management Consulting in Stockholm.

An international company that at the time had total revenues of €410 mn with sales to both to B2C and B2B customers in Western Europe and the US. Germany was the primary market. I was reporting to the Deputy Group CEO in my role as the Financial controller at Group HQ. Duni Group was at the time owned by Bonnier Group.

SEB is a Nordic bank and had at the time total revenues of €4,3 bn and balance sheet €270 bn. I reported to the Head of Cash management and I had assignments within several business sectors.
