• Leader of a project carrying a premium aluminum luggage brand from concept sketch through component sourcing and product development to the pre-production sample stage. • Responsible for product development budget of over US$200,000 covering prototyping, tooling, and pre-production samples. • Conducted multiple factory visits in Shenzhen, Dongguan, Foshan, and Shanghai for component development, troubleshooting, factory auditing and strengthening relationships.

• Responsible for placing more than US$1 million in inventory purchase orders through data analysis of sell-through rate, manufacturer’s lead time and inventory levels. • Conducted factory visits in Dongguan, China for relationship development and corrective action. • Strategically managed all operations including fulfillment at a California based third-party warehouse direction, managing ocean shipments via Flexport, inventory management/reporting.
