Provide administrative support for the department’s project manager, conduct analysis and gathers data. Supports analysis of customer requirements / business needs and the development of process. Improvement opportunities and necessities. Supports / conducts end-to-end process analysis. Supports identification / identifies improvements. Supports the project managers / department managers in developing process development / improvement ideas. Assists in designing and delivering process.

Main activities and responsibilities: Incharged with development of a database which contains automotive price lists, available for leasing companies (ALD Automotive, Arval). Perform accurate, regular and relevant data collecting of prices, specifications for automobiles and light commercial vehicles, monitor accuracy and integrity of the data and updating it. Drafting portfolios and clients sheets ­ checking the price lists and updating the information in the database. Coaching, establishing targets.

Realising and updating the client database. Identify business opportunities of the company’s customers by prospecting the market and evaluating their needs. Negociate contractual terms: discounts, payments. Follow up activities after the contract is signed. Involvement in organization publicity events and advertising campaigns.

Going on field to collect data and prospect the market’s possibilities. Door-to-door sales activities. Enlarging the number of clients or expand the range of products already used. Promote company’s services/ products.
