Main responsible of the cloud-outsourcing operations of a fast-growing scientific social network. The goals where attracting new users, increasing the time that members spent on the platform, and improving user experience. Raw internal data was analysed to find behaviour patterns, system inefficiencies and evaluating the success of new strategies. External received data was tested for quality and the continuous improvement of outsourced processes.

Managing the database, approve sign-ups and solving user issues

Migrating the platform used for teaching purposes on OMNeT++ v.3.x to version 4.x. The C++ code was revised, adapted to new specifications and expanded for new features. New documentation for students and faculty was as well created.

As teacher assistant, i had to provide help, solve doubts and teach the essentials as well as guide 1st year students at the laboratory, during the practicals related to analog electronics.

nvolved the discover of the student communication needs and problems at university through surveys, identifying hidden related issues. The aim was to find solutions to technical problems and new ways to present and provide information and schematize how to deploy them.

This project was aimed to provide the university researchers an environment to plan projects and share publications or on-going research. Had to be implemented as an upgrade of the existing intranet.
