Rahul Bhavsar

I have been associated with Planungsbüro Röhrig GmbH in various projects supporting senior members in developing required drawings for building services such as ventilation, heating & cooling, sanitary plumbing, and electrical solutions, etc. of project phases (LPH 1-5 - concept, schematic & execution phase). Working at Planungsbüro Röhrig GmbH has profound my knowledge in the field of architecture in a European context.

At HCPDPM, I worked on various small to large scale architectural projects as well as large-scale urban design and planning projects. I have been instrumental in design development till the end execution stage of the project. I have contributed as design architect in creative design thinking, project development, site analysis & social survey, coordination with seniors and external consultancies and interactive participation in team of architects, urban planners and landscape designers.

I attended my exchange semester at Politecnico di Milano, Italy as an Erasmus student. The core focus of my exchange semester at Politecnico di Milano was about housing-particularly focusing on the issue of temporary housing situation of the 21st century.

The course is focused on critical analysis, convergence between urban space design and policies to address critical issues. It also aims to understand the importance of spatial landuse planning, climate change, sustainable design, public transport & landscape design.

The course modules focus on space making justifying the appropriate users, their movement, functionality of the inner built environment & the adjacent urban environment. The urban design modules are focused on the spatial design forms and coherent inter linkage between their form and functions.
