Complete human resource administration of local and international employees; supporting and advising management on issues relating to HR

Developing a group-wide internationalization strategy in close cooperation with stekholders; creating measures and driving / supporting their group-wide implementation; providing continuous impetus and advice to promote international diversity and inclusion

Responsible for the provision of all human resources, administrative, finance and accounting services in nine countries and for ten subsidiaries; managing of a finance / hr /adminstration team of 19 employees, consisting of a core team in Moscow and virtual team members throughout the CIS; support and advice to internal customers; process management, efficiency improvements, local implememtation of policy; facility consolidation; integration of acquired teams, restructuring.

Responsible for supporting, advising and guiding various business units of the Lufthansa Group in USA and Canada in all aspects of human resources; hr policies, processes and procedures.

Responsible for providing all hr, administrative, finance and accounting services for Lufthansa Group subsidiaries in Canada with a team of 10 people.
