Developing prototype of high precision motion control system for industrial coating application. -Developing software for Siemens S7 1200 PLC in TIA Portal. -Configuration and testing of various servo and stepper motor drives. -Designing an HMI in WinCC advance for monitoring and manual control of the system. -Use a SIMACAPE electrical system simulation toolbox to model a ‘Digital Twin’ of linear movers in SIMULINK. -Export the real time C-Code of the model to raspberry PI with SIMULINK code generator.

Development and testing of electrical controls consisting of Simatic PLC, Soft PLC, HMI, Variable Frequency Drives and sensors. Developing and testing various industry 4.0 solutions. -Integration of various sensors e.g. flowmeter, laser scanner, energy meters etc. over various fieldbuses such as Ethernet, Profinet, Modbus, Profibus, CAN Open to gather and store real time data.

-Commissioning and field service at various customer sites. -SIMATIC PLC programming with Step 7 and TIA portal -HMI and SCADA design with WinCC and WinCC flexible. -Commissioning of SINAMICS frequency converters (Induction Motor Drives). -Implementation of functional and process safety. -Industrial communication network (Profinet, Ethernet, OPC-UA, Profibus, Modbus, CAN) installation and debugging. -PCS7 system debugging and modification. -Conducting customer trainings.
