Performing 3D pipe modeling, Equipment Layout, Piping Layout and piping supports, BOM and isometrics & As-built drawings for Wastewater Treatment Plant of capacity 1500 CMD and 100 CMD, 200 CMD and 400CMD Containerized Wastewater treatment systems and 200CMD WWTP.

Performed 3D Pipe modeling, Piping layout & Isometrics and Pipe supports for HVAC-Fresh Water/Chilled Water System of FPSO using CADWORX and AUTOCAD softwares. Prepared isometrics and manual valves list for various metering skids. Preparing As-Built isometric drawings. Prepared GA drawings of various skids for Bidding Projects

Performed supervisory functions like scheduling the spool installation & inplace and rework and supervising the subcontractors to get the work to be completed within the schedule time. Preparing test packs for each piping system and performed quality functions like solving the piping related issues which are raised by class and client for different Seismic Research vessels

Performed Class Approval Drawings of Machinery arrangement and Piping Systems for MPSV, Bill of Material (BOM) and Weight estimation calculations of Machinery and Piping systems. Pipe routing & Equipment modeling using Nupas-CADMATIC Plant modeling system. Pipe routing for different systems of Offshore Supply Vessel (OSV) using SHIPCONSTRUCTOR Software. Preparation of Class Approval drawings for different Piping systems of Trailing Suction Hopper Dredger (TSHD).

Performing the duties are Ventilation calculations, Pressure head calculations for Bilge and Ballast systems, Pipe diameter calculations for Bilge system, Weight Estimation calculations for Bilge system, Water ballast system, Fire system, Exhaust system and Preparation of Class Approval drawings for Bilge system, Fire and Deck wash system, Water ballast system, HSD Fuel oil system, Sewage system, Air vent and Sounding system, Scupper System and Weight estimation calculations for the equipment.
