Managed several security projects in Latin America (six business units). Led cyber response for containing cyber-attacks to web applications, conducted data loss prevention investigations and led a small team of security specialists.

Provided continuous support to the CISO function in Latin America acting as his deputy. Performed security baseline, third-party and cloud assessments. Tracked security risks, audits and regulatory issues until resolution, negotiated with business and risk officers the actions needed to improve the state of security.

Responsible for the adoption of global IT processes in the Latin American region. Facilitated several workshops for the adoption of global processes, such as: incident, problem, change, capacity and performance management

Responsible for measuring and reporting the services of a global delivery center. Led a team of 50 quality analysts. Implemented defect prevention, root cause analysis, service level monitoring, client feedback surveys, service reviews, customer complaint management and benchmarking.

Responsible for the remote administration of UNIX-like operating systems running on servers located in different datacenters in America and Europe. Led an organization of 120 system administrators supporting 24x7 operations.
