Consulting and coaching of customers in the definition of their IT strategy and implementation of governance structures. Definition and optimization of operating models (development and operation) including sourcing and necessary skills & culture change, especially in context of cloud services.

Consulting customers in the field of IT and telecommunication, specifically around service management, processes, organizations and cloud. Participating or leading national and international projects to analyze and specify requirements, develop strategies and concepts and implement global solutions as well as plan and execute trainings and write operations manuals.

Project team member on several customer projects mainly around mobile device management solutions and unified communications. Definition of requirements, gap analysis, development of solution proposals and operational manuals and/or integration of Swisscom services at customers in organizational and processual context.

Member in a team of project managers, usually acting as project office. Assisting project teams in various topics like requirements engineering, process engineering, analysis and documentation of IT architecture, as well as application development and testing. Organizing the periodic internal project manager community event.

Part of the storage solutions sales team. General support role to assist the team in administrative tasks in their day-to-day work and acted as contact person to IBM business partners. Planning, organizing and executing promotional campaigns and events in collaboration with the marketing department.
