With a team of engineers and architects, my main tasks were developing projects in all their stages and providing technical support during the construction management. Take charge of the Schematic Design, Design Development Drawings, Permit Drawings and Construction Documents, preparing drawings and specifications to guide the contractor in building, implementation of Environmental Reports, as well as Environmental Permit projects, Restoration projects and meetings with customers.

Working closely with the lead engineer, participating in the field of analysis and structural design, designing construction details and developing plans of the proposed structure, also participating in the measurement and assessment of the calculated works.

Intern Architect, I worked closely with the lead architect developing a Declaration of Rehabilitation Area Project of the old village of Marines. Main responsibilities: research work regarding to the town, collecting historical information, prepare information regarding to specifications and legislations and study the regulations required to carry out the rehabilitation project, update plans to determine the current state of the town, make site visits and develop the project with rehabilitation proposals.

Tasks developed as and intern architect were, collaborate with lead architects on Design development phase and Construction documents phase, develop Demolition projects, Health and Safety in the construction projects, Environmental permits and attend to on site visits.

Architectural projects and graphic expression, Urbanism, Territorial management and planning, Construction and architectural technologies, Structure and foundation calculations, Urban facilities and buildings, Conservation and restoration of architectural heritage.
