Selection: End to end recruitment process of odontological profiles in Europe. R&D: Design of training policies. Compensation: Salary studies, variable payment settlement, business ratios analysis. Personnel Administration: Definition of type of labor relation or freelance collaboration. Work schedules. Application of CBA. H&S: Support on records management. Link between H&S service and clinics. Reporting: Workforce cost analysis, KPIs.

Commercial Activities: Research of new customers.Design of services offers to clients. Development: Manage training needs for Consultancy department. Reporting: Budget, forecast and deviation analysis. Design of consultancy reports. Personnel Administration: Managing staff and resolving grievances. Design of Consultancy´s policies. Design of onboarding plan. Compensation: Realization of salary studies. Recruitment and Selection: Talent Acquisition team lead.
