Sound response analysis of the X-Ray tube (Gigalix) using Python by comparing recorded data from the microphone and “SiMobile” android application.

Master thesis: „Model based approach for the description of the vibration behaviour of X-ray systems“ in SHS AT R&D HW PX department. • Acquisition of vibration response data done with “LMS SCADAS XS 06 E” and “Signature Acquisition” software along with Tri-axial accelerometer sensor. • Analysis and processing of vibration response signal by using Python. • Derived an empirical regression model for the vibration behaviour of the angiography system by using R programming.

Vibration response analysis for specific movement type of C-arm in Angiography system by using two Tri-axial accelerometers simultaneously: one for motion (spherical spiral) detection and another for vibration response measurement.

• Support in the production line of the new sensor element generation (Particulate matter (PM) sensors), which are used in the vehicles exhaust system. • Successfully performed Electrical, mechanical and optical testing of particle sensors including determination of layer thicknesses and line widths using various measuring instruments, light microscopy and resistance check.

• Performed maintenance task, troubleshooting and changes in PLC program (LADDER) / SCADA configuration according to the production requirements on the existing machinery.

• Supervised and worked with the team for maintaining, troubleshooting, configuration and interfacing tasks for the network devices such as Routers and Switches (Layer 2 and 3 devices) for better connectivity between remote and base station and to route the data securely within GSWAN (Gujarat State Wide Area Network).

• Maintained network equipment (Layer 1 and 2 devices) along with hardware such as computers, UPS systems, network Printers and modems (wireless/optical fiber cable) for IFMS (Integrated Finance Management Systems) Project.
