Accountable for the transfer of business for the Middle East region from the export entity in Austria to the local legal entity in Dubai. This included the setup of Order-to-Cash (Sun) and Procurement-to-Pay systems (Ariba & Concur) Transfer of accounting-responsibilities to the shared services center in Egypt Provide remote support to the Austrian local Finance team on cost-markups for CEE, Greece and Turkey

Liaise with all stakeholders for the transfer of business into the Pfizer organization: Migrate Austrian dom. business into the Pfizer-systems & transfer of accounting to the shared services center (Ireland) Move of CEE-business into the European Logistics Center (Belgium) Implement the Global PO-system Ariba in the CEE-markets Test new global Cost-Tracking-System as core-user Preparation of monthly and annual financial statement Customize & automate reporting to increase efficiency & accuracy

Reconciliation of monthly and annual financial statements – stock reconciliation, interface Logistics – Finance, accruals, reporting Preparation & ubmission of corporate budgets into global systems Analyze sales, gross margins & brand development Develop a forecasting-tool for the Sales Managers to accurately project sales and income statement Support the outsourcing process of accounting-functions to an external service provider (Accenture) Administer SKU-setup in various global systems

Provide support in reconciliation of monthly & annual financial statements Assist the Financial Controller in the preparation & submission of corporate budgets into global systems Support the Accounting department with regards to the processing of debit notes and expense-reports, as well as calculation of accruals (write-offs, bonus, severance) Implement and maintain a Marketing-tool to efficiently track approvals and expenses
