-Contributing to the trade negotiations with potential clients, negotiations of additional services to existing clients. Design the best solution for each project -Ensuring effectiveness of projects and creating opportunities to provide better and more efficient solutions - Regular communication with the management of the client, solving new requirements as well as active searching for new potential areas for further cooperation -Monitoring financial efficiency of projects

-Preparation of periodic financial reports Regular reporting and analysis of operative performance (KPI reports, analysis of absenteeism and fluctuation of temporary assigned employees, evaluation of fill success ratio of our internal employees, etc.) -Preparing documents for financial audit -Leading a team of Administration Managers -Internal auditor, member of quality management team

-Payroll processing on a monthly basis (MS Navision) -Registration of new employees at the Health Insurance Offices, Social Security Offices and calculation of their obligatory premiums -Processing of employees personal agenda including maintenance of employees personal files -Preparation of payslips, payroll overviews for the client’s requirements, statement of remuneration payment orders for salary payments and obligatory payments to institutions
