Headed up to 19 staff members in the oversight of all strategic and tactical branch operations. Directed both inside sales and outside sales while providing key account management and directing showroom sales. Oversaw inventory control, warehouse operations, deliveries, and cash management / banking. Provided interactive customer experience by restructuring showroom to include working models and displays.

Led a 12-member field team to drive electrical contracting projects from launch through completion, managing all purchasing, receiving, invoicing, and payroll, with a keen eye for budget management / cost control. Served in a key client relationship management role, representing the firm at area business and networking events. Spearheaded complete warehouse reorganization and itemized inventory. Improved quality control and the delivery of projects.

Directed concurrent construction of up to 35 homes from inception through homeowner orientation, scheduling personnel and materials / supplies for all phases and directly managing each trade supervisor. Provided steady flow of client communication with homeowners to ensure customer satisfaction and alignment of expectations / requirements with construction plans, ordering revisions, and walkthroughs.
