I consult foreign companies in Guangzhou and Southern China in regards to tax and financial issues, customs issues, company establishment in China etc. I provide outsourcing services of accounting/bookkeping, controlling services, legal advisory, M&A, Due Diligence and auditing. My focus are German or European companies. I provide accounting services according to German GAAP, IFRS, Chinese GAAP and other financial standards.

As key account manager for German and international companies, I consult them in regards to their subsidiaries or projects in China and South Korea. My main focus is consulting on issues of tax, finance, accounting, controlling, customs, transfer pricing, employee deployment and risk management. I coordinate projects and offer strategic & interdisciplinary advisory.

I gave complementary classes to students in Business Administration.

During the 6-months training program I got an insight of all facets of the banking business in Sri Lanka and performed mainly management duties. I assisted the Head of Global Transaction Banking and his department with creating management information reports, organising Meetings and writing credit proposals. The arrangement of a corporate social responsibility project belonged to my biggest tasks and was very successful.

Within my apprenticeship I learned the basics of foreign trade, i.e. import-export, purchase, sales, logistics & customs. The company dealt with foodstuffs (mostly imported from Asia) and vegetable oils.

Studies abroad as integrated part of my studies in Germany in order to get a second diploma. Business Administration, International Economics, Corporate Finance, Controlling, Auditing, Company Management. (Lectures are given in Spanish).
