•Working with Expat Contract •Coordinate International Assignments from different countries to Germany, from preparation to repatriation process. •Support assignee and HR in the Home and Host location regarding Policy conditions, processes, regulations, costs and remuneration. •Coordinate with the provider the relocation services, intercultural preparation and global insurances for the employee and his/her family. •Assure compliance on terms of migration, social security and taxation.

•Coordinate and analyze the personnel performance evaluation in order to work on a development and training plans •Apply HR tools and activities such as Blocks of Work, Internal Customer Satisfaction Surveys, etc., for the Organizational Development. •Coordinate the recruitment, selection and hiring process of personnel •Coordinate and follow up activities related to International Assignments (expats) and immigration procedures and documents for foreigners assigned to the plant.

*As leasing personnel for Continental Tire de Mexico •Follow up the International Assignments and the immigration procedures, and support for the expats •Monitor and supervise the employees’ canteen vendor services •Compliance review of the Health Authority rules by the employees and union workers’ canteen vendor •Coordinate and control some of the general services suppliers (drinking water and vending machines) •Internal tires’ sales for employees
