Managing a team of more than 50 people Tasks: Supervision and distribution of activities, machinery and personnel. Analysis of stoppages in the assembly lines. Member of Teams QIT, GAE, 8D, etc, ... Classification of physical and computer organization of all products. Stock control by organizing and carrying out inventories. Creation of analytics reports. Definition of work methods, registration and control. Compliance with the security rules. Maintenance of equipment.
