Responsible for IT Operations in all stadiums and all non-competition venues, acting as Project Manager and delivering successfully the whole infrastructure needed for a smooth operation in all areas.

Supporting the IT infrastructure and services such as Internet, IP Phones, Local Communications, Mobile, CATV, deployment of computers, printers, UPS. • Field Hockey Tech Budget: Around USD 15 million • Implemented agile tools that was replicated in more than 5 other venues of Deodoro Cluster. • Developed a new network design during implementation due to unforeseen circumstances that made the original design impossible.

Responsible for KPI's and timeline management of network implementation (fiber, radio and others) in a fixed-term employment contract.

Delivered projects in almost all major telecommunications companies in Brazil, as a network consultant, acting in project management, process mapping and design, business process and several other functions.

Helpdesk and system migration in two main offices at Rio de Janeiro.
