Specifically focusing on thermal management, mitigation of thermal runaway propagation in batteries and bonding/sealing for battery assembly needs. Intensive collaboration with automotive OEMs and industry relevant external partners included in material testing.

Responsible for Application Development of Liquide Silicone Rubber based Insulation used for thermal management in various subsea Oil and Gas structures. Activ support of new material development, including material application process, testing and evaluation. Involved in secondary selling activities with key industry Player and all value chain members involved in subsea oil drilling.

Responsible for techical support for Oil and Gas Industry. Specifically working on Subsea Wet Insulation Systems based on Liquide Silicone Rubber Technologies. In parallel leading team of technical engineers as well as lab assistants.

Part of the global Renewable Industry group with the focus of Inovation activities in Wind Industry segment. Main task is to work on inovative projects with selected industry partners, research institutes and OEMs.

Part of the Global Market Strategy Team focused on Industrial Original Equipment Manufacturers. Main focus in Appliance segment, Chemical/Petrochemical and Wind Industry. Team leader of Test Field department - responsible for product development, Q&C and customer testing. Temporarily relocated to China working on business development of local WIND Industry OEMs.

Key role within the European team, gathering & analyzing market information, giving technical support and manage, perform and achieve technical service activities to all customers and Channel Partners and Distributors within the area of Europe, Middle East and Africa. Technology focus are industrial lubricants and sealants/adhesives.

Leading of projects with industrial partners specialized on thin film technologies for deposition of optical layer systems. Development of reactive and non-reactive pulsed magnetron sputtering processes for special applications. Responsible for technology development and system application on flexible in-line sputter coater
