Google has a suite of applications called G-Suite where some of the known products such as Google Docs, Google Calendar, and Google Drive are used by end customer as Cloud solutions. Member of the EGS Team based in Barcelona responsible for supporting the users according to Google’s procedures, tools, source codes, customers's APIs including their credentials (via OAuth, service account, and API key).

Atos Poland Have worked in three different teams: 2nd Level: firewall configurations mainly Cisco ASA to keep up a shared environment accessed by Atos’ clients. 3rd Level: worked with incidents, problem tickets, and changes for different clients based in Europe and South America. Project: built low-level design, interacted with architects, planned changes, perform changes, and test them out with clients.

Atos Brazil Worked in the operational team; Daily tasks consisted by troubleshooting incidents and planning changes per the clients’ request; Configured devices with the Monitoring Team to work with CA Spectrum and eHealth; Designing and proposing technical solution for the existing environment.

Responsible for the main incidents on Level 3 support; Knowledge transfer throughout documentation and training for Level 1 and 2 supports; Worked on projects and startup process for new customers; Reported technical issues and solutions; Supported in product specification.

Supported Cisco PIX, ASA and FWSM, local and remote; Troubleshoot firewall, network and application issues including ACLs, routing and VPN’s site-to-site; Firewall operating system upgrades; Developed training materials for new members of the team on firewall scripting, administrative duties and troubleshooting of the network; Resolved incident trouble tickets from the network operations team; Enforced and adhered to strict implementation guidelines; On-call support.

Multirede Brazil: Set up lab with Cisco Mars and Cisco IPS/IDS for client’s demonstration; Present recommended solutions for business stakeholders; Troubleshoot network for different clients; Full-dedicated resource in a Swiss Bank. Multirede Angola: Responsible for deploying CSM (Cisco Security Manager); Performed security assessment using ISO27001; Planned and performed training for the network team.
