Reporting to senior management, main tasks include preparing the country’s national audit plan, coordinating the audit team, collaborating with colleagues from international departments and presenting results and recommendations for process improvements to senior management. Familiar with IIA International Standards, other tasks involve collating, analysing and processing data and assessing risk in key operational processes in warehouses and sales areas throughout the country.

Operational and administrative management of 4 stores. Forecasting weekly, monthly and annual revenue streams. Aligning the objectives of both the store and warehouse teams to ensure effective order placement and just-in-time delivery of merchandise. Regular communication with stores and senior management. Definition of work plans and strategies to meet sales and productivity targets. Recruiting, training and motivating sales staff. Monitoring stock movements, write-offs, inventories, cash and expenses.

Customer relationship management and project leadership for the successful implementation of VP’s Business Intelligence tool. Identification of the client’s business needs, translation and documentation of technical requirements for the business solutions team, definition and maintenance of project plans, in addition to monitoring tests and performance of the BI tool. Analysis and mapping of management processes, as well as structuring and implementing process optimisation tools.

Key role in Process Transformation and in the alignment of F&A process solutions, in addition to leading Implementation projects for outsourced AP processes. Team management, process mapping, researching existing process systems (SAP) and documentation, coordinating test scenarios and conducting workshops for system and process training to the delivery teams. Client, service and risk management by monitoring SLA’s, presenting KPI’s to management and identification of process improvement opportunities.
