Analysed growth opportunities for Stripe's Connect product in both Germany and the United Kingdom. Final deliverable included a sales strategy outlining high priority verticals and target clients.

1 of 5 Managers, 1 direct report, 74% annual growth in the region during tenure. Ross led multiple new product launches resulting in USD$500K additional revenue. He also drove the implementation of a new pricing incentive strategy geared towards increasing market-share in Nigeria, including management of a 40% price cut. Additionally, Ross took on the responsibilities of compliance, increasing compliance levels by 3x across South Africa, Tanzania, Kenya, Uganda, Nigeria and Ghana.

Ross provided business support services to Anzisha Entrepreneurship prize winning businesses and implemented operational improvements to the student economy's cashless system.

Ross was an Assistant Manager in the Data Analytics Consulting team. He has led projects in both the Banking and Telecommunications Industry. Major projects include a new platform launch strategy for a major pan-African bank, a repricing strategy for corporate clients at a major pan-African bank and a customer segmentation marketing strategy for a leading African Mobile Network Operator.

Business Analyst (2013) Selected as the sole business analyst for an 8-person team tasked with the creation of a new professional services product offering (USD$600K capital investment). Engineer (2011-2012) Developed and deployed software for production automation systems used in the manufacture of multiple TV cable box products (approx. 10M units produced). In addition, submitted winning design proposal for a “Next Generation” TV cable box interface and subsequently served as the lead designer.
