Includes also post close activities like finalizing statutory audits and financial statements, facilitation of tax and grant audits and initiating and facilitating the shut down/liquidation of legal entities. In addition I contribute to international Finance projects and initiatives, including process re-engineering, training and support.
My responsibilities were quarterly, yearly close of accounts for the entities in Central Europe; Forecasting and Planning of total expenses for the region; cash forecasts and actual vs plan analysis; Statutory reportings and tax filings as well as supporting tax audits; I was the first contact for auditors and Managers. The implementation of projects in the Central Europe region was also part of my responsibilities. In this role, I was leading a team of 3 people.
