Head of the Operations department. Maintaining full overview of the operation of the fleet, ensuring safe and cost effective operation maintaining the highest quality levels. Management of the OCC Team, strategic Consulting, including business plan, training needs and Team development.

Responsible for planning, obtaining permissions and handling requests of all the daily flights. As a side project I am also responsible for developing and improving planning procedures within the Team as well as helping with the training of each Team Member.

Planning and flight planning of all the long range flights of the company, including: handling, customs, overflight/landing clearances and all relevant factors regarding each aircraft´s performance. Calculate the estimate costs of each long range flight. Direct coordination with flight crews for the dispatch and release of each long range flight.

Planning and obtaining all the relevant clearances for all the short range flights of the company. Calculate the estimate cost of each short range flight.

Customer services and retention. Developing new strategies or services to prevent customer issues and improve or ensure the highest standards for the customers' experience.

Besides my current work, I also teach flying as a part-time free-lance job.

I obtained equivalence from my professional training and experience as a commercial pilot to the 1st Cycle of Aeronautical Sciences University Degree.
