Managing the Team and allocating duties to Agents , Making Roster and helping the Station Manager on daily duties for a smooth run at the Station

I am working at the Düsseldorf International Airport as Check in Agent. My duty involves check in the Passengers and boarding to the Flight. I handle all the Air Berlin Flight Passengers and make sure they get a quality service through my dedicated work

I have been working as a travel consultant at the above office and my role includes, responsible for the overall office operations, fully accountable for the sales ensuring the efficiency and standard, booking air tickets and issuing using Amadeus system and assisting all customer inquiries over the phone and in person providing information on flights, passport renewals and visas.

I was the proprietor of the above travel agency in Srilanka and had been running as an inbound travel agency organizing tours and at the same time booking air tickets and issuing through having a close relationship with the travel industry.

I started as sales assistant and then promoted to shift manager in 2009.At once ,I was also awarded as the best team leader for the region for achieving high target. I was in charge of the shift for running of the store. Alongside general duties my role included managing the staff, processing orders, making duty rotas, liaising with suppliers and assisting the manager of the daily store operations.

This role included advising all the customers about the resources available at British council, providing customer service, processing customer membership and taking admission for Language Centre courses. This was a very busy environment where I had to work quickly and efficiently to ensure excellent customer service.
