Responsible for the recruitment, training and retention of sales agents. Ensures that the required targets, activities and number of active agents are achieved and maintained in the assigned area. Supervised the Direct and Indirect Sales for North NCR which includes, Agents and Distributor Channel, and Directly Reports to the Regional Sales Manager Implements the given budget and number of Sales Activities for the territory

•Responsible in developing new accounts and sales leads and management of existing accounts. •Develops and understands account requirements to maximize account revenue. •Plans the over-all daily activities, such as call and trip preparations, meetings and sales presentations, preparation of quotations with potential clients. •Attends and does the over-all follow up of activities. •A front liner in doing customer support. •Establish and ensure long-term business partnerships with the assigned customer

•Accountable for the development, recruitment, training, supervision, motivation, and appraisal of Sales Agents whose purpose is to solicit subscription for broadband service •Responsible for overall coordinating, influencing, setting of directions and directing activities of all Sales Agent •Recruits and maintains a pool of prospective, as well as existing Sales Agents •Formulates, designs, plans and facilitates product and sales training programs needed by Sales Agent
