Russhaun Roach

As an Associate Digital Producer for the Martin Agency (an IPG company), I collaborated with developers and designers to build web applications and digital advertisements for globally recognized clients. Along with facilitating communication between teams, creating timelines and building estimates, I owed each project from proposal to launch and ensured my team reach project milestones.

As NeverNot's Digital Producer, I coordinated the production of web design and development, visual brand identities, social media marketing, and email newsletter campaigns. Additionally, I drafted client proposals, creative briefs, and SOWs. This was a client facing role, where I was the liaison between the client and the studio. This required led me to become our client's digital sherpa, where I collaborated, educated and guided them through the web design process.

Whitestone Partners is a boutique business consulting firm. Here I led digital marketing efforts, built products, and established new sales channels that doubled product sales in a single quarter. Besides performing the primary tasks of this role, I was able to gain insights from the principle, an ex-McKinsey consultant. These teachings turned out to be invaluable to my career.
