I had the great opportunity to get total exposure to the main departments of the hotel practicing thus more diversified skills and gaining more flexibility. I mainly worked for Public Relations & Sales where I co designed the Yule's brochure and worked the hotel show advertisement. I modified the quotations & contracts + daily visits. Then I participated to F&B: Supervising one of the restaurant of the hotel. Finally I worked in the Front Office where I assisted the Guest Relations and Reservation Officers

This training was the first BtoB experience that entirely enabled me to manage a whole communication of a new concept. It was a strart up at the time. Thus, I had to create and to follow up on a sales and a distribution network in a determined area of Paris. I prospected, presented and sold the new concept to the shops who were willing to advertise through the magazine. As a matter of fact I developped further communication and organisationnal skills.

I was in charge of advising the clients and handling their requests. I also was in charge of the organization and the sales of the excursions and itineraries. This experience gave me additional communication skills as far as I can now better analyze and respond to the expectations of the clients.

I was in charge of assisting the company internal communication in terms of staff planning on the one hand(day offs and vacation organisation) but was also in charge of assisting the Médiamétrie International Sales Staff. The tasks were all diversified: entry of contacts into data basis, MIP TV organisation (International Salon) and arranging contacts with Foreign companies. This first experience enabled me to practice the english speaking language and to be more precise in all the work I had to complete
