As part of a team of eight specialists, I developed .Net modules in n-tier architecture according to conceptual modules. The application treated log files of W3C web service. Filtered pertinent information. Connected to the database, executed queries and stored procedures. I developed with TDD methodology. I wrote user and installation Manuel. I used MS SQL Server as Database, created relations, stored procedures, trigger and view. I also developed a front-end in ASP .Net technology enhanced by CSS (3).

I work on a conception of a TDC (Time to Digital Converter). I started by a bibliographic study of TDC architectures. The TDC has LSB of 60ps @260 MHz frequency, integrating a DLL loop, phase detector and charge pomp. I use Cadence under 180 nm AMS technology for simulations and validations. Basically I used Cadence (Virtuoso Schematic Editor, Virtuoso Analog Design Environment, Virtuoso Layout Editor). I designed digital part (bubble-error corrector and Grey encoder 64-To-6 bits) with VHDL.

Within the research team of Communication and Information in Complex Systems, i finalized my internship. I wrote Kalman Filtering algorithm in Matlab. Then i programmed (Under C) the STM32F4 micro-controller in order to memorize a set of acceleration data and filter the noise in GPS input data (with Kalman filtering algorithm) and indicate the geographical position.

We learned Algorithm development. Programming in C, Java, JavaScript and J2EE languages. Database design and data administration with SQL and Oracle. Web pages development with HTML and CSS.

Design and synthesis of analog and digital integrated circuits. As a project in analog conception, we designed a Flash Converter (64 bits) with Cadence. As a numeric conception, we re-designed a mini-mips micro-processor with VHDL. We learned Tetramax synopsys to verify integrated circuits.

Within my license i learned the basic courses of electrical engineering. Also we learned about the control theory. Commanded-control systems, sensors and measuring tools.
