Analyze customer data to prioritize existing field concerns. Determine and implement containment plan for each concern. Determine root cause for each concern. Drive concern closure. Develop corrective actions and verification. Prove-out and identify and develop cost reduction actions. Implement corrective actions at lead plant and sister plants. Develop and communicate process lessons learned.

Ensure that customer satisfaction, TGW targets and quality objectives are met. Planning and implementation of changes to existing manufacturing processes. Optimization of existing manufacturing processes in terms of cost, process dispersion, cycle time and availability. Coordination of optimization proposals to all affected areas.

Set standards for Lean Manufacturing. Procurement of the funds needed to implement new standards. Prepare and perform FPS training sessions and their preparation. Train and coach the seniors and staff in FPS tools during the FPS implementation. Support implementation of FPS modules e.g. Ford Total Productive Maintenance, Visual Factory, Quality Process Sheets, Error Proofing, KAIZEN Quality, 5S (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize and Sustain). Continuous revision of training documents.
