Greeting and assisting callers and visitors to CfBT /Undertaking all the general secretarial / administrative functions necessary for the smooth running of CfBT’s programmes /Supporting, and as far as possible covering for the absence of, other office staff /Managing the office reception area as a positive first contact point for visitors and meet and greet them /Operating switchboard, answer and forward telephone calls, note and distribute messages /Managing the day-to-day office communications.

Handling Communication with the recruitment agencies /Managing the day-to-day office communications, including email and arrangements for incoming & outgoing mail, faxes and couriers /Copying and bind documents.

Providing IT training courses to Hospital Staff/Entering data /Preparing worksheets for Account Department/Copying and bind documents.
