Perform the role of Accounts Payable Supervisor and directly reporting to the Finance Manager. Establish and communicate standard operating procedures for AP team to followup and Organize regular payments. Update and maintain Prepayments and Accruals,supplier GL Accuracy ans ageing, Reconciliations, Input & WHT Tax Schedules. Provide month end closing and all other required management reports.

Monitor overall operations of 03 overseas entities in USA , GERMANY , SRI LANKA with 03 companies and 03 projects in MALDIVES & working with all tax related matters. Directly reporting to the group finance manager & CFO with MIS reports, best estimates, cashflow forecast (daily,weekly,monthly,quartly,annualy basis), Complete set of Financial Statements and finalize year end audits.

Preparation of daily reports,Income audit reports Flash reports and revenue reconciliations. Followup debtor collection, preparation of monthly debtor statements & Performance report. Draft and submit online tax returns , handle Cashiering and Payables when necessary.

Assisting for Planning and coordinating of the audit engagement team as per EY guidelines of accounting,auditing and international financial reporting procedures.
