- Commercial controlling responsibility for the sector. Margin analysis, new product Development (NPD), manufacturing cost control - Support head quarter top management and operations with CAPEX monitoring and Control - BS reviews and SOX testing - Leading the entire forecasting and budgeting process based on S&OP plan - Manage “ad hoc” projects, mainly related to M&A and production investments - Maintain a coherent intercompany transfer price policy

- Responsible for the plant finance department and leading a team of 2 accountant and 1 HR officer - Monthly, quarterly and annual closing ($30m annual revenue) - Leading the budgeting and forecasting process - Implementation of the financial controls to be SOX compliance - Swiss statutory reporting (Swiss GAAP) preparation and main contact person for the external and Internal auditors - Commercial controlling responsibility - Responsibility for the CAPEX investments of the plant
