CTO of an Estonia-based game studio specializing in producing hyper-casual games for mobile devices. As part of my role, I helped the company apply for and get support for the Start Up program in Estonia. I also played a key role in the development of the company's promotional strategy for publishers. I also take on the role of a Product Manager and oversee the product development team and the entire process, taking into account the wishes of the Publishers.

Coconut Game is a 25-person studio specializing in hyper-casual and casual game development, while Coconut Technology creates SAAS systems for mobile and web applications. both companies, overseeing the development of hyper-casual and casual games, as well as the creation of mobile and web applications through our SAAS systems.

As a member of the team responsible for worldwide mobile applications of Mercedes Benz and its subsidiaries, my duties include: Providing technical approval and support during the certification process to ensure mobile applications meet Mercedes Benz regulations for publication in specified stores. Serving as the product manager for the software tool that automates the certification process. Supporting and guiding Google Play Store and Apple Store preparations.

As a technology consultant, I was responsible for identifying appropriate technologies and establishing developer teams for a company that produces medical solutions by data-engineering academic data obtained in medical science. One of the projects I worked on was the development of an APAI application, which provided diagnostic consultancy (appendicitis) based on artificial intelligence.

As one of the former founders and as an employee of the company in this period, I provide support in various fields, with a focus on project management and technical tasks. My responsibilities include: Serving as the product owner and determining project requirements Bringing together necessary development and design teams Ensuring coordination between teams, including the customer, within the scope of technical tasks Providing project management and generating reports

I managed the creation of the "hekimin burada" application, a health support platform utilizing online streaming technology. I determined the technical requirements, assembled in-house and outsourced teams, and oversaw the management of those teams to develop a prototype product. Unfortunately, the project had to be terminated due to unforeseen circumstances.

Contributed as CTO to the creation of technical documentation for a meditation mobile app that is about to be sold to a larger group.

Head of projects & products: Participating in the hiring process of developers to ensure the team consists of highly skilled and motivated individuals. Projecting processes and products to ensure efficient development and delivery of high-quality software products. Managing projects to ensure timely delivery and successful outcomes. This includes coordinating with other team members and stakeholders, tracking progress, and ensuring that projects are completed within budget and on schedule.

As an experienced mobile (iOS Developer) and backend developer, I am proficient in using Scrum and Agile methodologies to manage projects effectively. I have expertise in Objective C, Swift, PHP, Javascript, Angular Js, CSS, HTML, React Js, .Net Core, which allows me to develop high-quality mobile and backend applications.
