Responsibilities - Create and lead the implementation of the new Target Architecture for CESAR X which is a project to refurbish(refactor) the legacy CESAR 1.0application to make it ready for the next 15 years. - Liase with the Business colleagues to ensure the requirements are properly documented. Ensure the most valuable features are implemented first. - Lead by actions: Enable the CESAR X application to be deployed every 2 weeks into production while being refactored under-the-hood

-Identify potential problems in the CESAR 2.0 architecture. Provide recommendations to address them - Identify potential problems in various Agile software development processes. Lead initiatives to address them - Mentor the team on development and testing best practices such as TDD,Test Design. Lead the team by example - Contribute in the daily incident management meetings• Contribute as a member of the CESAR 2.0 Architecture Board - Contribute to Cesar 2.0 as a Full Stack Developer

- Lead the digital transformation projects. Evangelize the right set of features to meet the needs of the business while ensuring incremental value driven delivery. - Architect the solution. Mentor team on good code, designs, and patterns. - Ensure the projects are resourced for successful on-time delivery. - Focus on team health and instilling a strong culture of engineering excellence. - Hiring A-players to build High Performing Teams, constantly raising the bar of engineering talent.

- Responsible for the digital transformation of the 5 ADGEs (Abu Dhabi Government Entities) viz. ADEK, DCT, ADSC, ACTVET, and the HRA - Responsible for Find a Job in Abu Dhabi and Get Social Support journeys - Carrying out market research and benchmarking to ensure the design of customer-centred product offerings - Build rich user experiences working closely with stakeholders - Own the end-to-end product development process from ideation to delivery of the team to drive high-quality product developments

- Represent the business in planning and execution of various NetworkSecurity Products - Work with the Product Management, Engineering, Sales, and Support stakeholders to plan and monitor progress of product releases - Manage outsource suppliers for the project from RFQ to delivery and project release - Reporting the status of various programs to the business stakeholders - Coach the team on Agile/Scrum - Drive Continuous Improvement. - Delivered System 1 Classic 6.90 releases, System 1 REB, System 1 Evolution, and System 1 Basic, and Dashboard enhancements for Shell Miri - Filed 9 patent disclosures on the System 1 NextGen, two patents granted - Adapted swiftly to changes in requirements with keeping the best interests of the customer as well as the project schedule - Ensured best practices are adopted in the team through code reviews and pair programming - Contributions made towards Direct Material Productivity worth $1M
