- Providing commercial analysis and supporting account managers and business unit director in modelling commercial deals, specific tenders and other market-attack plans up to 25M €, - Responsible for Business Unit Europe West (Be, Lux, Fr, Es, Pt), - Project: Development and implementation of SAP process as a Quotation tool in RHI-Magnesita, - Microsoft Dynamics CRM Key user.

- Pricing, developing and conducting pricing strategies for Europe and CIS, - Creating quotes aligned with a global process and databases by gathering and analyzing cost data, - Microsoft Dynamics CRM key user.

- Support with responsibilities as SPoC for issues from the countries (Customers) related to the business, - Sales order fulfilment and changes, FTL optimization, ETA changes, labelling requirements, interface check and error solution in ERP system, - Export document preparation (all non EU countries), - Coordination among internal/external stakeholders regarding specific sales related projects Transport, Flow management, Master data), - Support in managing customer claims E2E.

- Assistant in the department of Social Sciences and Student Union representative.

- Internship in General forwarding and cargo logistics and Finance department, - Assisting ship agents for custom clearance, warehousing and container logistics in Croatian ports while respecting international regulations, - Checking and approving accounts receivables for services with Finance department.

- Single point of contact for business investors and business plan development, - Online platform development, social marketing, community management.

- Contracting and negotiating employment contract with companies for incoming international students, - Project management: preparation of international workshops.
