    1. The study focused on providing a methodology for determining ADAS system design requirements using development data, which is field data. 2. In this context, the Time To Collision (TTC) value and the safe distance were determined based on Responsibility-Sensitive Safety (RSS) from Mobilieye for the use case scenario ”Cut-In”. 3. Data Science techniques were used. 4. A logic was developed to extract the ”cut-in” objects. 5. Python packages used were: Pandas, Numpy, Matplotlib, Plotly Express and Plotly GO
