I headed the operation of three fully functioning 3.5 star hotel bars, ensuring everything flowed smoothly. Leading from the front, I managed a large team divided between the three different bars spread out across the hotel resort. Communication was absolutely critical, I needed to ensure that my team were crystal clear on what was expected from their performance, along with building effective rapport to understand employee & guest situations.
