General Context: -I got elected President of AIESEC in Stockholm in September 2014. -I led a team of 31 members Responsibilities: -Internal and External Representation -Strategic Direction -Legal & Financial Management -Executive Board Management -Operations Management Achievements: 59% success overall rate; 7% growth in annual income, 30% decrease in total costs, 300% growth in retention rate, 500% growth in raising internship contracts with companies, 65% awareness growth on social medias.

Responsibilities: -Raising Internship opportunities in local companies in Stockholm (Cold Calling, Networking events...) -Talent Acquisition for Business Partners -Integration and Management of incoming exchange participants Achievement: I raised one internship contract; the first one in two years at our organisation. I then successfully matched it to a talented intern. The company went on to ask for three more interns and hired one of our best member as well in the following year.

General Context: -I was elected as Vice President of Talent Management for AIESEC in Stockholm in May 2014. Responsibilities: -Member recruitment, selection and education -Facilitate opportunities in the learning environment -Talent goal setting, tracking and appraisals -Talent Tracking and pipeline management -Meeting organisation Achievements: I personally recruited 23 members and 2 new Vice-Presidents.

-Marie-Curie EU network called Greencycles II. -I established a new site that could monitor both carbon and methane exchanges thanks to automatic chambers and an Eddy covariance measurement tower all year round. One of my tasks was also to select and manage field assistants to carry out the field work during the off-season. I conducted research on the responses of stomatal conductance to water vapour pressure deficit in Eucalyptus species. My tasks included leaf-gas exchange measurements with a Li-cor 6400, leaf-water potential measurements with a Scholander type pressure chamber among other measurements, leaf various laboratory analysis, statistical and data analysis. The results of this study were published in Plants, Cells & Environment.

I was in charge of answering life insurance modification requests from the clients as well as reorganising archives. Competencies acquired: -Client Servicing -Problem Solving -Adaptability

I characterised photosynthesis parameters of dominant species in a semi-arid matorral located in Almería at the Sierra de Gadór following the Farquhar model. My tasks included species identification, measuring leaf gas exchanges by the least mean squared method with a Li-cor 6400, data analysis and statistical analysis, and report writing.

As part of the European project BEGIN, I conducted an experimental study on the influence of nitrogen and phosphorous on the biodiversity of calcareous grasslands, under the supervision of Pr. Didier Alard and Dr. Cassandre Gaudnik at Université de Bordeaux 1 - Biogeco - UMR 1202. My tasks included sampling and identifying the species, chemical mineralisation of the leaf samples at the INRA laboratory, statistical analysis and synthesis of results. I was remunerated by INRA.

I conducted an impact study of dredging on benthic communities on beaches of Pyla sur Mer, under the supervision of Dr. Xavier de Montaudouin. My tasks included sampling on ground and at sea, species identification, statistical analysis on SPSS and synthesis of results.
