Crafting the strategy and user experience of a new product in development.

* Responsible to create the whole front-end customer experience for mobiles, iteratively sketching and wireframing the key pages and interactions. Building prototypes to A/B test in live environments the experience. * Worked alongside internal design teams of SAP, Tesco and Toyota Europe to develop their unique branding and content production for the smarter wireless portal

* Crafted the full User Experience for several B2C & B2B projects for Thomson Reuters (Worlds largest news organisation) * Generated user journeys, personas, service design landscapes and prototypes for Pearson Education (Worlds largest education company) * Worked as part of an agile team to shape the future of MasterCard technology and payment services * Redesigned the Gucci app experience for tablet and mobiles and multiple languages

* Worked for Tencent part of the WeChat team developing a voice sharing feature. * Brought in by the teams manager who needed a UX Architect that could rapidly settle into an agile team and help to foster a collaborative working style. * Strong focus on Western expertise, idea generation, iterative sketching, and working alongside designers, programmers and QA testers to produce results.

* Designed a new user experience for the internal Human Resources platform to allow employees develop their careers within the company * Conducted in-depth interviews with a wide range of Pfizer employees including executives * Wireframing, Axure protoypting and testing the proposed experience with stakeholders

Assisted with usability testing of a new PlayStation 3 exclusive title. Hosted and monitored users, recording, production of final report and moderating group interviews.

My role included scoping, executing and managing user research projects and providing direction during client workshops. Alongside this duties I have been involved in proposal writing, project & stakeholder management. I have also create a out-of-the-lab mobile testing unit and produced video deliverables of user testing sessions. Clients I worked with in B2B and B2C industries included Orange, The Guardian, Samsung, Vodafone Group, EE, Proximity, British Gas, The National Archives, Ebay and Gumtree.
