Implementing best-practices logistical concepts into new A321 XLR Structure Assembly Hangar, by defining small and medium parts logistical flows, in accordance with Airbus Operating System, defining all logistical areas and flows from Hangar Dock to Point of Use, designing, tendering and purchasing non-standard parts transportation equipment, contracting the Logistics Service Provider for material flow management and applying state-of-the-art digitalization concepts for leaner processes.

Travelling

Project Management activities in long term transnational and cross-functional Research & Technology (R&T) development of Fuel Cell Technologies: - Implementation and assurance of Airbus / R&T standard P&PM processes - Budget and Schedule control and reporting for internal and external project visibility - Support to planning and decision making to reach balance in Time-Cost-Quality - Activities budgeting with external funding optimisation - Capital Expenditure (hardware) management

Supply Chain vertical integration of Suppliers and delivery monitoring for A380 Aircraft: - Supply Chain centralisation of A380 Work package and transfer from current (insolvent) Tier 1 supplier to future supplier. - Support to Airbus Procurement strategy, planning and decision making - Tier 2 delivery control and Airbus payment monitoring.

- Operational Teams coordination @ Warehouses - Project Management in Kaizen Methodologies of Waste Elimination - Lean Logistics Multifunctional Team Leader: o Implementation and maintenance of kanban for replenishment o EDI for purchase orders in dedicated hospital logistics management software o 5S methodology implementation o KPI reporting - Logistics SW and HW focal point - Hardware procurement for the Supply department - Overall logistics focal point to internal customers

- Volume Planning and forecast of D-RAM components according to capacity and material optimization. - WIP Control / Follow-up and prioritization according to final customer needs. - Logistics Focal Point for Quality assurance activities and for products in ramp-up stage. - External logistics setup in coordination with Supply Chain HQ (Munich)

- Delivery of a Requirements Document for the conceptualisation of an IT Scheduling Tool (lot sequencer) for the Test Operations - Support and Control during development phase in cooperation with IT developers. - Implementation of the tool on the shop floor.
