Lead the implementation of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), managing the university sustainability network, and carrying out SDGs related training. Monitor and supervise for systematic international accreditation, documentation, data gathering and validation. Professional Networking with the heads of SBMU schools and research centres, designing and implementing university polices and strategies for SDG tackling. Carry out training about international accreditation standards.

Understand and communicate accreditation requirements with the staff of schools and the university campus. Data gathering and submission for international accreditation and rankings systems such as THE (Times Higher Education), QS, Webometrics, Shanghai (ARWU), Leiden, etc. Working with accreditation and ranking team to establish and review standards, goals and policies, and implementation. processes to ensure that schools comply with quality assurance and accreditations requirements.

Developing strategies, training and monitoring personal performances, counselling and communicating with staff, serving the various staff needs and welfare, implementing accreditation criteria, handling staff claims. Working as network with all hospital committees and departments to develop relevant professional programs and provide useful continuing PDP for employees.

Auditing and supervising for appropriate implementation and adherence to national standards, policies, and procedures. Continuous review and analysis of information and preparing evidence-based reports obtained from regular, periodic, and special observations. Works closely with the QA department to support documentation compliance commenting on the performance, strengths, weaknesses and efficiency of medical centres and proposing executive solutions and best practices.

Setting up medical record and admission departments and systems from scratch (HIS, DRG, MR filing systems, Hospital performance indicators monitoring, personal setting, medical record committee, etc. Managing and supervising medical record and admonitions procedures to ensure MR completion, accurate, confidential and secure.Working with all hospital departments and committees to improve MR professional programs.
